This is the first blog entry

This is going to be my writing blog.

Here is why I need a writing blog:

• Every serious writer needs a writing blog to look legit
• They also need it to impress agents and readers and such
• It will encourage me to write more
• It shares my true thoughts with the world without arousing intense socio-political debates that social media is famous for
• I am learning more about how the Internet works
• My friends have blogs

There are 3 ways things can turn out here:

1. I write frequently and keep this blog up to date
2. I write infrequently, often between hiatuses
3. I start enthusiastically and then I get lazy and this blog dies
